How Much Does a Corporate Event DJ Cost?
Every corporate event gets a custom quote. Pricing depends on event length, the number of spaces that need sound, your presentation audio needs, and lighting or photo booth add-ons. Send us your date, venue, and program and we’ll put together a proposal.

- How far in advance should we book a DJ for a corporate event?
Most corporate events book 3 to 6 months ahead. For December holiday parties, we recommend booking earlier.
- Do you provide microphones for speeches and presentations?
Yes. We provide wireless microphones and presentation audio for keynotes, panels, toasts, and awards, along with background music during breaks and networking.
- Can you keep the music appropriate for a work event?
Yes. We plan the music with you in advance, play clean versions, and keep the volume at conversation level during dinner and networking before building energy for dancing.
- Can we add a branded photo booth?
Yes. Our photo booths include custom templates and instant digital sharing, which are popular for company parties and brand activations.
- Where do you provide corporate event DJ services?
We work across Virginia, including Richmond, Charlottesville, Blacksburg and Roanoke, and Northern Virginia.
- How do deposits and payments work?
You’ll receive a digital contract and invoice. A deposit or retainer secures your date, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
